"I have worked at Mossley Hill Pre-School for nineteen years and have been in the role of Manager for the past twelve years. I have been awarded a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and an Advanced Level in Management.
I am very passionate about providing a child-friendly environment that is safe, secure, caring and stimulating to enhance the development and education of children through play at Mossley Hill.
I am also the SENCO for the provision and have had CAF and Early Health Training to ensure that any children and families that may need extra support are identified and helped with the Early Health Team and other outside agencies if necessary.

I have 28 years experience working in many different settings from a community Nursery nurse for the NHS trust, Local authority schools and private nurseries. I have worked at Mossley hill preschool for 13 years as the deputy, supporting the manager in the running of the setting, my role as a key-worker to the Ladybird group is making sure each individual child’s needs are met, I have a sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework. I am also the preschools designated Safeguarding Officer.
I am very passionate about Mossley Hill preschool as “I love the uniqueness of each individual child” and the daily laughs we have together. The children at preschool make trivial things in life seem not so trivial, it’s amazing watching them grow. There are a million positives working at Mossley Hill Pre-School."

I have always wanted to work in a nursery setting due to having a younger sister and 2 children of my own, I have worked in private nurseries as a keyworker in both baby and toddler rooms implementping the EYFS , the best thing about my job is watching the children learn and grow.
